Check out this builder grade kitchen update that was just completed! Everything was updated, from the new floor stain to the appliances and everything between. The rich colors give a warmth to the space, offsetting the gray walls of the rest of the house. These clients are anything but gray, and this kitchen is certainly a reflection of who they are: Entertainers who are young at heart. Can’t you just see them baking with their grandchildren on that island?
Take a look at this kitchen floorplan remodel for a 1930s house in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I took out a wall that was separating the dining and kitchen, and was making the kitchen too tight for modern families. Stay tuned for ongoing progress here and on my Instagram page!
